1st Tip : How to smartly Use the Power Search Tab

Power Search tab let you quickly browse through the alphabetical listing of entries by the first Name letter. Goto Contacts.Touch and drag out the Power Search tab on the left hand side of the phone screen till the name of the desired name contact shows. Now release the Power Search tab and touch the name of the person to open and view contact details.

2nd Tip: Buying Phone Apps and softwares

Users customize their phones by downloading new apps into thier phones. These apps also increase phone features and functions and offer you work tools to games and entertainment programs.

 Goto Menu > App Center > Cool Tools/Apps. Click Touch the app once to read intro info about it, touch it twice to purchase and download it to your phone.

3rd Tip: How to dentify Song using the MusicID 2

Goto Menu > AT&T Music > MusicID 2 > Identify Song. Sing a song or place the phone near the source of the song, such as your computer, MP3 player, TV etc. As soon as a match is found, the phone screen displays the artist name and tile of the track, along with lyrics and album Info.

4rth Tip: Starting Video Share During a Connected Call

To start the Video Share during an already connected  call, touch the Video Share icon, or goto  touch More > Video Share > Live. and your video is shared.

5th Tip: Using the One-touch Zoom Feature Using the Headset Jack

Users have the option of  plugging their wired headsets in the headphone jack, it is located at the top of the phone.

6th Tip: Activating the Motion Detection Feature

To activate Motion Detection feature Go to Main Menu  > Settings > Phone > Motion Detection > On. Its very useful for  muting an incoming call or Snoozing and on going alarm. You can start  and re-start a timer by simply turning the phone over.

7th Tip: How to Lock the Phone

To lock the phone just press and hold the Lock key on the top right side of the phone.

1st Tip : Scrolling / Sliding through the Onscreen Lists.

Users can slide up and down the screen with finger to scroll through the lists of all menu items. They may also use the Volume key to scroll through the list.

2nd Tip: How to Rearrange the Widgets

To change the location of widgets on the Widget Bar is very easy, simply touch and hold the widget, while holding it, drag out from the Widget Bar and drop it to the Main Phone screen, and finally drag it to the desired location on the list. Users may also drag it out from the Widget Bar and drop it into the desired location with just one move.

3rd Tip: How to Use the Sketchpad

Now You can draw sketches on their phone too. Goto, Main Menu > Tools > Sketchpad > Draw. Using the touchscreen to draw a sketch is pretty easy and fun.

4rth Tip: How to Choose Web Viewing Formats (Mobile Web Browsers)

You may change the view option for browsing the web by checking or unchecking the Mobile View option. WhileMobile View is unchecked / not selected, the web display format is changed to HTML, so the page looks same as on the computer screen. Goto Menu > Mobile Web > Options > Settings > Mobile View.

5th Tip: Using the One-finger Zoom Feature

To zoom in or zoom out while viewing the images or web pages, double touch the image to zoom or tap the magnifying glass icon once.

6th Tip: Accessing the FLO TV Guide

How To access the FLO TV show Guide is simple, On the Main Menu, you will see a small box on the upper left hand side. Click Touch this box to open the program guide. This guide can also be accessed while you are watching a show by just touching the top part of the phone screen to have the Guide icon visible.

7th Tip: How to access the Virtual QWERTY Keyboard

Inside the Create Message mode, tilt your phone horizontally to access the virtual QWERTY keyboard. and moving back to portrait mode will show up the virtual keypad.

  • Opening the Widget Bar

Touch the folder tab on the left hand of the screen to open the Widget Bar and touch it once again to close the bar.

  • Shortcut for Typing Website Address

When typing the URL using the virtual keypad, use the www. key, as well as the .com key to quickly type the web address.

  • Using the Magnifier in the Phone Address Book Contacts

Touch on the Phonebook icon on the Main screen. Now Drag the Magnifier alongside the screen to flip through the letters. Release the finger when the desired alphabetic letter is reached.

  • How to Create a New Folder

To create a new folder,First goto Menu > Applications > Files > Create Folder. Use the keypad to type the name of the folder and then press Done. This new folder will appear in the Applications menu.

  • Creating a New Memo

You can create a new memo or reminder, Its simple and easy, first: Select Menu > Applications > Memo. Tap the screen. The virtual keypad will appear, now turn the phone sideways to reveal the virtual QWERTY keyboard. Create the memo and then press Done. Users can also create a memo during a call by just pressing More > Memo.

  • View List of Supported Bluetooth Profiles

You can view full list of supported Bluetooth profiles following way, Goto,  Menu > Settings > Bluetooth (or undocking the Bluetooth Widget) > Settings > Bluetooth Services. Press OK when you done.

Tip #1: Customizing Widget Bar
To choose what items appear on the Widget Bar, touch Menu > Settings > Widget Manager. Touch the box beside the desired widgets to place a checkmark; “uncheck” the unwanted widgets.
Tip #2: QWERTY Keyboard Typing Tips
Press the T9™ ON key to have the keyboard suggest words as the user types. Press 1@ for numbers and symbols. Press SYM for more symbols.
Tip #3: Changing from the QWERTY Keyboard to Keypad
Users can touch the keypad icon on the second row of the QWERTY keyboard to change back to the touchpad, or simply lift and tilt the phone back to the vertical position.
Tip #4: Scrolling
